Service Description
Interested in booking a 3BFIT class for your group? We’re excited to offer customized sessions that support mindfulness, movement, and emotional wellness for children, teens, families, and community partners. To get started, we ask all group organizers to schedule a brief consultation so we can learn more about your needs, goals, and group size. What to Expect in the Consultation: *Discuss your preferred class type (Yoga, Mindfulness, Guided Meditation, etc.) *Determine location (in-person or virtual) *Review age range, group size, and special accommodations *Receive a custom quote based on your request 📌 Please note: Pricing is determined by the number of attendees and the type of class selected.
Cancellation Policy
3BFIT INDY – Booking Policy To ensure a smooth experience for all of our clients and staff, please review the following booking policy before scheduling your session: 📅 Booking Guidelines All yoga sessions and mindfulness classes must be booked at least 24 hours in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us directly at 3bfit@gmail.com. Same-day bookings are not guaranteed and will only be accommodated based on availability. 🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling To cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via email at 3bfit@gmail.com. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of that session. ⏰ Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your session. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened or cancelled out of respect for other scheduled clients. 📧 Questions or Changes?
