At 3BFIT Indy, we want you to love what you wear! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Only regular-priced items may be returned. Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return:

  • Email us at 3bfitindy@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
