Our Guided Meditation sessions offer a peaceful space for children, teens, and families to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves. Whether you're new to meditation or simply need a moment of stillness, these sessions provide gentle, voice-led guidance to help you relax, refocus, and restore balance. Through breathing techniques, visualization, and mindfulness cues, participants will learn how to manage stress, increase self-awareness, and cultivate emotional resilience—one breath at a time. Perfect for all ages and experience levels. No special equipment needed—just an open heart and a quiet space.
Cancellation Policy
3BFIT INDY – Booking Policy To ensure a smooth experience for all of our clients and staff, please review the following booking policy before scheduling your session: 📅 Booking Guidelines All yoga sessions and mindfulness classes must be booked at least 24 hours in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us directly at 3bfit@gmail.com. Same-day bookings are not guaranteed and will only be accommodated based on availability. 🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling To cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via email at 3bfit@gmail.com. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of that session. ⏰ Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your session. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened or cancelled out of respect for other scheduled clients. 📧 Questions or Changes?
